Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use DIABINDIA services. Minors may access services with parental/guardian consent.

Medical Disclaimer

DIABINDIA provides healthcare services through licensed doctors and allied professionals. - The AI Health Assistant is not a substitute for medical consultation. - Emergency cases must be directed to the nearest hospital immediately.

User Responsibilities

Provide accurate personal and medical information. - Follow medical advice and prescriptions given by professionals. - Use the platform for lawful and health-related purposes only.

Consultations & Lab Services

Appointments may be online, offline, or home-based. - Lab tests are conducted by certified partners; reports are shared securely. - DIABINDIA is not liable for third-party lab errors.

Payments & Refunds

Fees must be paid in advance for consultations and services. - Refunds are allowed only for cancellations made before appointment/lab processing. - No refunds for completed consultations or services.

Data Usage & Confidentiality

All patient data is handled as per our Privacy Policy. - By using our services, you consent to data storage and AI-assisted analysis.

Limitation of Liability

DIABINDIA is not responsible for treatment outcomes, delays due to technical issues, or third-party lab/partner errors. - Our AI assistant is advisory only and cannot be held liable for misinterpretations.

Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to jurisdiction in Kerala.
